Additional Home Sites Coming

New home sites are coming to Mesa del Sol in April 2013. Mesa del Sol is underway with the development of 109 new home sites to choose from. The first neighborhood will continue to build out to the north and west of the current activity. Our current builders will have more homes available to you in the Residencia, Morada, Casita, Cottage Green and Manzano Pair home styles with the same fresh architectural styles that are quickly coming to define what Mesa del Sol is all about. Included in this extension of our walkable first neighborhood is our first park, Portrait Park.

Along with the new home sites and Portrait Park, a four mile trail system, a dog park (Aperture Bark), the first community pool and other landscaped areas will be installed. All scheduled to be complete this spring and summer!
