Sooner and closer is funner.

Not only can we tell you when Mesa del Sol’s first swimming pool is planned to open (summer 2013), we can tell you exactly where it will be — in the big park just south of our first neighborhood. So you won’t have long to wait or far to walk.

We’re still finalizing the plans for the pool, but rest assured: we take our fun very seriously. This swimming facility will be one great place to splash, backstroke and enjoy the New Mexico sunshine.  Just think how easy it will be to stroll over for a cool dip on a hot summer afternoon. And imagine the additional quiet moments you’ll experience without the kids saying, “We’re bored.”

We have other neighborhood recreational features planned to coincide with the growth of the community. And with our plan for parks, trails and big stretches of nature, fun of the outdoorsy variety is never more than a few steps away.
